Downloading/Using Graphics
First, please read the Terms Of Use. While these are
free graphics, there are rules for using them.Also, please send me the URL to
your page if using my graphics, either via Email or a Guestbook Entry.All
of my set pages have BOLD text on
them. Some designs will work with regular
text, but some need to have bold text to improve readability
against certain backgrounds. Use your own judgement.
I'm doing these for free, and
would like a little recognition in return, respect for my work by leaving it
as is, and of course, since I don't get paid for the work - someone else
shouldn't make money from it either.
Basic Rules:

being used. 2. Link back to my site on the same page. 3. Upload the graphics to your own server. 4. Personal pages only, no adult pages. 5. Do not change the graphics in any way.

Send an email or submit a guestbook entry
showing the url to your page when it's set up. If you're having problems with the
way the graphics are displaying, I'll be glad to help you with the coding.
Telling me
where you are using the graphics does not mean I expect them to remain on your page for
long. Don't worry if you plan to change them soon, I still would like to know where
they are used - even for a day.

A link to my site should be placed on the same page
that displays the sets or parts of sets. Placing a link on a separate page of
credits, without having one on the page using the graphics violates these terms.
You may use the coordinating buttons that come with each set. I try
to make it real easy for you - while you're right-clicking away, make one more little
click with the matching button at the bottom of each page or just a small text link:

Please make sure the link points to the main page, not the
set page where you found the graphics (they change names and locations).
Upload the graphics to your own server.
Download the images and then upload them to your own
server. Names and locations change and linking to the graphics themselves will not work
for long.

No adult sites, please.
These free
graphics should be used for your own personal pages only - no commercial pages.
Even if your page
doesn't directly sell services or goods, if it promotes a business in some way, the free
graphics are not allowed on it.
I consider affiliate pages (such as Amazon, etc) to be commercial in
nature since they are capable of generating income for you.
In general, if your page is mainly about your "Bookstore" or the
music you sell, it's commercial, without a doubt. If you have a page that's
mainly about something else and contains one or two links to books you might sell having
to do with the subject, I might consider that a personal page, but I have to be allowed to
decide for myself.
This is such a gray area. If you're not quite sure, the best
thing would be to contact me and let me see the page in question.
Web page designers who charge a fee cannot use the graphics for their
customers' pages. Even if they're being used on personal pages, they are being
used in a commercial way. If you would like to commission me to make you some sets
to use for a such a purpose, email me and we'll talk.
Do not change the graphics in any way.
NO
modification is allowed, including:

Removing portions of the titles to add your own
wording.

Resizing the graphics.
3.
Changing the file sizes/format types
4.
Using portions of my graphics to make your own
They are to be
used exactly as shown.
You are allowed to
make custom buttons / titles with the blank ones I've provided. Every set has a
blank button, and some of the newer ones have blank titles. Remember that
transparent gif files must retain their transparency to work correctly.
I have a list of fonts I've used for each set. Please write me and
I'll look up the font names if you need to know them.
If you need some help, give a yell!
